We positively follow the golden rules of customer service as below,

  • Attend the Calls: our customer service personnel, attend calls without fail and jump into action immediately.
  • We make promises and keep them too : Reliability is one of the keys to any good relationship, and good customer service is no exception. We give service as promised since we don't favor annoyed customers.
  • Listen to our customers: We let our customer talk and hand out appropriate suggestions to make right choices.
  • Deal with complaints: Be helpful - even if there's no immediate profit in it. A happy customer is like good forecaster. Hence, we go out of our way to deal with customer complaints and resolve them amicably.
  • Our strength is our staff, who are always helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable.: Every member of our staff is well trained and has enough information and power to make those small decisions, so he never has to say, "I don't know, but so-and-so will be back at..."
  • Take the extra step: Whatever the extra step may be, we take it, since we want to provide good customer service, We are sure that people will notice when an extra effort is taken and will convey the same to others.
  • Post Installation, three services/year will be given within the warranty period. Post warranty, Servicing will continue if the client joins the AMC list.
